Anjou Bakery is a thriving incubator of good taste in food located in the heart of the Wenatchee valley in North Central Washington between Leavenworth and Wenatchee.
The bakery was founded by Heather and Kevin Knight in 1995 as a way to fulfill their desire to live and work in close proximity so that they could dedicate themselves to their passions: family, friends and good food.
Providing quality baked goods is the continuing focus embraced by all who offer their creative talents to the bakery. We create all of our artisanal breads and pastries from scratch using natural and wholesome ingredients.
